Between March 18th to 22nd I had the exceptional opportunity to attend to the ASC Master Class series in sunny Los Angeles, California. The week was packed with outstanding speakers and talented master teachers such as Dean Cundey, ASC (Apollo 13, Jurassic Park, Back to the Future) Don McCuaig, ASC (MacGyver, The Watcher, Switch) Karl Walter Lindenlaub, ASC (Independence Day, Stargate, The Jackal) David Darby, ASC (True Rights, Choose) Mat Beck, ASC (VFX for The Walking Dead, Smallville, The X Files) Tobias Schliessler, ASC (The Beauty and the Beast, Dreamgirls, Friday Night Lights) Curtis Clark, ASC (Alamo Bay, Made in U.S.A, Dominick and Eugene) and Charlie Lieberman, ASC (Love Bites, Everwood, Heroes) among many others. In addition we had extraordinary color grading, color space and HDR talks at SIM Group, Canon-Litepanels, Panavision-Light Iron and EFilm.
