The winners of the 9th Annual SUNYWide Film Festival had been revealed and I feel honored to have been part of this year's judging team. Hosted by State University of New York at Oswego from April 5 to 6, 2019, the festival provides a platform to highlight the work that best exemplifies the dedication and skill found across the SUNY system. In this opportunity the judges were producer Sarah Connors, programing director for The American Pavilion Emerging Filmmaker Showcase at the Cannes Film Festival Monika Skerbelis, multi-media artist Jennida Chase, interdisciplinary artist Hassan Pitts and myself.
